They just take your money. We contacted them and they just sent us a questionnaire and said thank you for the information it will help us to better the app. ! I’ve been paying for this for years. Very upsetting.

Your radio advert, making light of child death is disgusting. There are plenty of ways to advertise your product without a mum singing about ways her children can die. You have no empathy for anyone grieving the loss of a child or any children who now listen to your advert and think that those situations are likely. Disgusting

There is NO customer support and/or service at life360 The only way you can request service is through AI and AI could not at all handle the situation. AI connected us with a "human" who could only repeat to check bluetooth (dah!!!!) and that person disconnected and sent us someone else who did the same thing! We are one day into a new tile and will be returning it tomorrow.

After meticulously troubleshooting potential issues, the support rep finally admitted that my Tile likely has a hardware fault. No apology. No repair options. No replacement. Just a smug recommendation to buy a new one. Yes, you read that right. Their product fails through no fault of mine, and their best solution is for me to give them more money. This isn’t customer service. This is a business model built around planned obsolescence. To add insult to injury, there’s absolutely no meaningful warranty or accountability. If your Tile fails outside the narrow window of coverage, you’re out of luck. Apparently, longevity and reliability are optional features now. A warning to all reading this. Save your money and your sanity. Choose a product backed by a company that actually stands behind what it sells.

Wish I'd read the reviews on here before signing up their Paid For Gold Membership. Unfortunately, everything they promised in their 'added benefits' are not to be believed. I have had the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company. It has caused a lot of wasted time and stress.

I come off my motorbike today, no sos was sent out to my family, no services alerted. My phone was in my pocket on the same side i hit the ground. I slid on the along the road for about 5 m so it should have no reason to not send sos for help. My phone survived and shows that crash detection on and all other alerts. We also pay a subscription. It failed me when I needed it.
