This App is useless and engages in predatory marketing. The phone screen is full of ads to buy more services. The basic reason I bought it for is hard to find. Also, the marketing garbage tales over the app making it hard to navigate and find what you want. As soon as I find another service without all of the unwanted clutter, I will toss my 4 devices in the garbage and move on.

App makes false claims. I have a gold membership and the breakdown services page says “Keys missing or stuck in the car? We’ll send a locksmith to get you back in.” I called them and they told me that I would have to sort out a new key myself. This was muttered in a very rude tone. The AI live chat on their website won’t let you make a complaint, so as a result I’ve cancelled my membership. Dishonest

Got to be the most useless customer service I have ever had the displeasure to deal just a complete waste of time having problems without faulty tracker's which are less than 12 months old use the chat line for help the only help I got was to get rid of you as quickly as possible without any help a disgusting disgrace.

I tried to connect my mother to this app so we could track her while traveling. It was extremely unfriendly and very hard to get her into the app. We deleted the program and now are looking for something new.

My son was in an accident that caused airbags to deploy and his truck is now totaled. He was rear ended by a car that was estimated to be going 55+ MPH without breaking (no skid marks) His apple phone detected the accident and alerted emergency services. Life 360 did not detect the accident or send any alerts. I purhcased gold membership as a parent to be alerted of this very scenario and it failed. He was in a full cell service coverage area on a sunny Saturday. There was no reason for it not to work. There is not customer care team, just a AI chatbot that doesn't resolve any issues and repeats itself. I have cnacled my service and suggest you not waste the money.

I am beyond frustrated. Life360 advertises that with their Platinum Membership, they can send help directly to your exact GPS location in emergencies like flat tires or breakdowns. Sounds like peace of mind, right? Well, when I tried to use their Roadside Assistance, guess what they asked me for? ➡️ THE COORDINATES MYSELF. Isn’t that the whole point of the app - to know the member’s real-time location and send help accordingly?? This is misleading, unsafe, and absolutely unacceptable, especially in urgent situations when every minute counts.
