If you could give less than 1 rating it would be negative 10. For all of the guarantees Lian Shoes offers before you order, it's all a bunch of nothing. I ordered these shoes on the premise they were "true to size". I ordered them with the impression they were coming from Wyoming USA. They weren't true to size, the order took over a month to be delivered, they were at least 1 size too small. The hassle free return turned out to be nothing but a hassle. I had to take multiple pictures to prove there was no wear on the shoes. Duh! I couldn't wear them..they were way too small. After sending the pics, Lian offered a 20% refund to "keep the shoes and enjoy wearing them". Again, why? So after massive emails requesting instructions how to return with the 100% guarantee no hassle refund, Lian sent me the refund info. Um...I am to pay shipping on the return to OSLO NORWAY!! What the heck! Oh, but they did say they would give me a 30% refund if I just keep the shoes. So, either way I lose. Do not order these shoes! They are cute and maybe a good product but I will never know...I certainly won't order Lian Shoes again. Save yourself the stress...buy American!

While I am happy with my purchase, I want to caution others about this company's billing practices. What I believed was a simple, one-time shoe purchase resulted in recurring membership charges to my credit card that I was not aware I had agreed to. The membership fees were not clearly disclosed, and the company has been unwilling to resolve my concerns. Buyers beware: check the fine print and monitor your credit card statements carefully. A good product does not excuse misleading business practices, and customers deserve transparency about what they are being charged.

This company is a scam. The shoes look like cartoon shoes. They built in a hidden reoccurring monthly membership with no way to cancel. They also drag out the return process that the date will pass the deadline. No cancelation no refunds no customer service

The size guide worked well for me. I ordered based on the measurements rather than my usual size and the fit was just right.

My mum mentioned that she wanted something easier to put on without having to bend down and tie laces. I ordered her a pair and she has been wearing them almost every day since they arrived. She especially likes being able to slip them on quickly before going outside.

I bought three pairs of the same style shoes in black, white, and tan. The size chart was way off and the shoes were too small. I wanted to exchange them for a larger size, but Lian Footwear does not offer exchanges. It took days and multiple emails back and forth before they finally gave me the address to return the shoes. My intention was to return the shoes for a refund and then purchase a larger size. The shoe sizes fo up to size 12, but the size chart measurements stop at size 11. Anyway, I just found out that the return center is in Oslo, Norway. I live in the United States. The shipping costs could surpass over half the $166 I paid for the shoes! Now I understand why Lian Footwear kept offering me a 20% refund and then a 30% refund to just "keep the shoes and wear them as a backup or give them to a friend." First of all, I wear a US size 11 shoe and the ones Lian Footwear sent are more like a US size 10. They know they don't have to offer me anything because I am out of my money either way. Shame on you Lian Footwear. You are preying on people and you know you are wrong for that. May your evil ways come back to you tenfold.

Order came very fast. Product is good and fit is good.

I’m having trouble with this company First of all I ordered two pairs of trainers , having received them being the wrong size ordered I contacted them they offered a small refund of course I didn’t get it Checking my bank I noticed they are taking more money for what , so again I contact them oh to my surprise it’s a subscription charge every month wtf Well long lengthy emails back and forth only to be told they can’t excess my VIP account I never made nor can I , so they can’t cancel this subscription Any customers help would be appreciated right now as I’m pulling me hair out .
