The worst bikes ever made! This is the third time now that the electric motor has stopped and the bike becomes so heavy it’s hard to move. On top of that I have been charged multiple times for leaving my bike in a disallowed space however it didn’t warn me that before I stopped and then I can’t re-open the bike. Never using again.

Can't park in their own designanted area. This company needs to shut down and stop stealing from users. Spent 20 minutes next to it trying to end the ride. Worst product out there. Never use.

Una vergogna! Rasentiamo la truffa e INVITO TUTTI A NON USARE QUESTA APPLICAZIONE. Primi 2 monopattini sbloccati e non funzionanti MAI RIMBORSATI. Ci ho riprovato con il terzo e dopo una corsa da 10 minuti letteralmente sono stato truffato in quanto facevo la foto per terminare la corsa e NON SI BLOCCAVA MA BENSÌ HA CONTINUATO IL NOLEGGIO PER ALTRI 10 MINUTI! Secondo me truffate la gente e tutti devono saperlo!! ATTENZIONE!

I couldn’t lock my ride because apparently there was a no-operation zone which wasn’t mentioned properly in the app. I had to walk around with my lime for 20 minutes and when I contacted customer support they didn’t even help me. Terrible company will never use it again!!

Horrible. The app is always crashing, I cannot click the buttons, I cannot finish the ride, I cannot do anything. It stole my money many times. Like 1€, 2€, 3€. I tried to contact the support they didn't reply in 10 minutes. I was left in a horrible state in cold in the street. Never use this app, it's horrible.

I used lime few times and loved it until last year their service suddenly went down. I paid fees but all their scooters were out of order or no battery and my money was no refund. After that, I dont use lime anymore but they suddenly automatically charged me fees to my credit card because I did not delete their app. to people who have lime app in their phone. Delete your bank details from their app and delete their app. If you don't want your money suddenly disappear.

Det nye system med parkeringszoner fungerede ikke for mig, da jeg ikke kunne parkere i nærheden af min bopæl. Så jeg måtte køre tilbage til udgangspunktet og få turen. Spild af tid og penge. Nu har jeg så forsøgt at få slettet min konto og persondata. Det er ikke en nem øvelse. Det foregår ved at skrive til dem (der er ikke noget sted man kan slette kontoen nemt). Herefter skal du igennem en proces med e-mail validering og så får du besked om at de først sletter kontoen efter 30 dage. Det håber så sker, for data ligger på en server i skattely iIrland og bliver sikkert udvekslet til US
