Am liebsten keinen Stern. Schlechte Technik.

Rented ebike in Gold Coast. Was charged twice for the ride despite I paid for the hourly pass. Was charged $22 on top of $9.99 pass. Customer service is appalling. Will never use this ride share again.

Cool 👍

Zero stars if I could. High tariffs, aweful app that only guides you to one parking area, absolutely none existent customer service - I couldn’t end my ride for 10 minutes because it wouldn’t recognise I was in the parking area. Managed to find a buried menu option to end your ride and explain why you’re not in a parking bay (which I was) and o was charged for the privilege. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY
