The experience was great because I received a great product and I have already started utilizing it. I didn’t receive the gift card as part of original order which the company had no issue with making sure I received the rest of my order very pleased. I had a problem with one of the pulley cables. It would get stuck ; one broke . The company is fabulous. Sent replacements and video help . That side would still get stuck. The company offered to replace the entire reformer. Customer service is amazing , kind , helpful and the best I’ve ever experienced I my many decades of life. I love the reformer and am very happy that I will be able to continue using it. Ten stars !!

I am really impressed by the great customer service skills. I had a customer service matter and they were prompt in answering emails and didn’t give me any hassle. They follow through completely on their word. That alone makes for a great company that actually cares about their customers. I will continue to promote the product and tell of my great experience.

I kept seeing ads for this board on social media, so I bought one. In a rush to use it i tossed away the link for the workout videos. I emailed support and I received a response so quick I totally missed it in my emails. The board is nice and easy to use and be creative with your workouts (trust me, I was). Customer Service responds the fastest I’ve ever seen. Definitely recommend it!

The Lhanel is so amazing and I’m so glad to have received my Portable Pilate Workout equipment. I believe anyone who order the equipment will be well satisfied with the results that they get from it. When emailing customer service they were so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They kept me well informed about my equipment and followed through on any questions that I had.

I recently purchased two reformers. There was a small issue with one of the reformers. Customer service responded to me right away and sent me a replacement part promptly. They were courteous, professional and took care of the issue right away. Great customer service and great product. Have been using the other reformer and it works great. Great product!
