The entire experience had its ups and downs however, the build quality in some areas were shoddy. What can we expect in this day and age though.

We closed and moved into our new build LGI Ponderosa home in Brighton Colorado on 9/26/23. All of our minor problems have been fixed promptly under our warranty but unfortunately one BIG problem has not been fixed nor can anyone seem to find a resolution for our main floor heat system. While the heat blows just fine through the vents upstairs, no heat blows through the master bedroom area vents and very little heat blows through the living room, dining room and kitchen vents. The heating techs have come here at least 6 times and have not been able to solve anything. One of the heating techs said the design of the home and the design layout of the air ducts do not go together therefore proper flow will not be achieved unless the ducts are redone. The only feedback we are getting is LGI isn't willing to do what it takes to correct our heating issue. There are 7 other Ponderosa homes like ours in this Brighton Colorado (Pierson Park) area and 5 of those homes have Sold signs on them probably unaware if their heating system works properly or not. Beware before you buy, this heating issue has our heating and electricity bill higher than normal due to constant space heaters running and using the main heater to try getting the heat to a decent level on a normal winter day, on very cold 30 and below days and nights we can forget about it our main floor is freezing!

Horrible salesman @ the PSL Blvd location next to Vet. Hwy.!!!He should be FIRED!!! The Exit relator witnessed a conversation with him which was disgusting... How come your org. can't REPLACE him with someone BETTER!???!!!

Realtor was phenomenal Ashley Sutton was fantastic. Some concerns about home quality but LGI process was great

My name is Angela cheatham. I am a first-time buyer and was hesitant in picking my builder. LGI, has absolutely exceeded my expectations. First off, the crew! Mr steve, I call him with much respect, was so nice, and I expect them to be nice but he has an energy and a passion for his job that is so noticeable and he was actually the pinpoint for me to continue finding out about LGI. Such manners and respect, always had the answer at the tip of his tongue, always answer the phone and always answered text messages. I could go on and on about Steve but you just have to find out for yourself. The company, and general, let me just tell you how beautiful my home is. I've been here for 3 weeks and I feel like heaven when I walk in my door. I truly mean that. Even though this is a style home that not many measures can be changed, I absolutely love the design. Process from beginning to end of purchasing was great. Great salesman, beautiful homes and community. Communication was great from finding the right floor plan to closing.

I am a first time homebuyer. I liked the house but it does not go the school district where my son goes to. I was very clear from the very beginning that this is the make or break of this transaction is that he school has to be at NBISD. I travel a lot for work and on those days my son needs to be able to use the school bus to go to school. I was told that the home feeds into this school. I paid the ernest money. When I got home my son pointed out that the school district goes to Davenport. I wanted to take back my ernest money and they won’t give it back. This is frustrating.
