LexusPartsNow.comReviews of lexuspartsnow.com

I ordered the parts on line, the services and product were very good and quick to arrive. the only thing I did not like was the price was high.

The part fit perfectly and was delivered quickly. Price was very reasonable, will definitely order from them again

The part ordered was on time and as expected.

Order was processed quickly and the parts were perfect. Will order from them again as needed. Thanks!

We ordered our part on a Thursday and paid for an extra $70+ for overnight shipping. When we received our confirmation it stated we wouldn't receive the part until the next week. We called to cancel and they refused us to cancel. We need the part by Saturday but wouldn 't receive it until Tuesday which was unacceptable. They stated when we received it then they would send an email with instructions on how to return it. However, when we received the information they stated they could deny the refund still and charge us 20% restocking. These guys are a scam and should have honored the overnight shipping but it was in their time and they have you because they already have your money.

Great website.

Part was correct and shipped fast! Would use lexuspartsnow all the time!

OEM products worked out perfectly, lightning-fast shipping, and pricing was unbeatable.
