Hood latch spring and mechanism failed. LexusPartsNow had it in stock for a fair price and was shipped fairly promptly. Since you can’t drive with a loose hood, would have been 5 star rating if shipping was quicker.

All was great but thought price was 20% more than it should have been and wish shipping ground shipping was included in price Part worked perfect!

I recently ordered a couple new headlamps for my 2007 Lexus IS350. The car I have has the AFS lights but I did not know this at time of purchase. As such the lights that I received did not fit ( my car is the Fsport sedan) . I called and Mike quickly processed the return shipping label. They unfortunately mistakenly charged me a restock fee which after calling they resolved. It was half on me for not providing my vin and half on them for not noting this in their product descriptions. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

Product worked great, but shipping packaging was poor.
