Very poor service. A brand new car, under 5, 000 miles...A plastic part broke under the car...I hit a pothole, and the part broke.. Florida potholes not NY potholes. Lexus charged me for the part.. They felt that if they removed the labor charges, that would make me happy..really, why do they not stand behind their parts...So dissatisfied with Lexus...

Very disappointing experience.
My interaction with the sales representative, Enda, left me with a poor impression of the dealership and Lexus brand. I was told there was no availability for a test drive on a Saturday, which seemed surprising and made me feel as though my enquiry was an inconvenience.
Rather than discussing the car or trying to arrange a suitable appointment, the conversation focused on the fact that I had already visited another dealership and obtained a quote. I was repeatedly asked what price they had offered. As this was for a new vehicle, I found this unnecessary and unhelpful.
Good customer service should make potential buyers feel valued. Unfortunately, I left feeling that there was little interest in earning my business, so I chose to take it elsewhere.
Based on my experience, I would recommend visiting the Lexus dealerships in Cork or Dublin instead. I found them to be far more welcoming, professional, and focused on providing a positive customer experience.

Toyota Lexus never disappoints in its…
Toyota Lexus never disappoints in its decline of customer service and poor work arounds!
Having received a recall notice from DVLA told I need to leave the car for a whole day and to add to it I have to pay for a courtesy car of £25?!
Then the car doesn’t lock the battery dies and AA tells us it’s a known problem with Lexus cars…. Having owned 4 consecutive cars in the past past I would not recommend future purchase the company ethos has changed short cuts frustrated customers profit all they think of!!
All over you when your buying a car to hit their targets then after your just fall in to a black hole and they don’t give a damn - well done Toyota!!!

Prestige Lexus of Ramsey – Lexus Warranty Misrepresentation
I have been a loyal Lexus customer for almost two decades, purchasing 6–7 new Lexus vehicles since 2006. My experience with Prestige Lexus of Ramsey (a Lithia Motors dealership) has been the most disappointing and concerning interaction I’ve ever had with the brand.
When I purchased my 2024 Lexus RX350h, I was sold extended warranties, a road‑hazard plan, and “free oil changes for the life of ownership.” All of these products were represented as Lexus‑authorized protection plans. Two years later, I discovered that none of them were Lexus products at all. They were after‑market Lithia Motors service contracts, not recognized or honored by Lexus dealerships unless they are part of Lithia’s network.
This was never disclosed at the time of sale, and it creates a serious consumer protection and warranty transparency issue. When I attempted to use the warranty and the oil‑change program, I was denied service because these plans are not Lexus‑backed, despite being sold inside a Lexus dealership.
Lexus Corporate Customer Support has been equally disappointing. Despite multiple contacts, case numbers, and promises of follow‑up, there has been no meaningful assistance or resolution. This raises major concerns about Lexus brand integrity, warranty misrepresentation, and the overall decline in Lexus customer service standards.
For consumers researching:
• Lexus warranty issues • Prestige Lexus of Ramsey reviews • Lithia Motors complaints • Lexus extended warranty problems • Lexus oil change program concerns • Lexus customer service decline
This is a clear warning: Verify every warranty, every service plan, and every “lifetime” program. What you are sold at a Lithia‑owned Lexus dealership may not be Lexus‑authorized or Lexus‑supported.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Prestige Lexus, Lithia Motors, or the Lexus brand. The lack of transparency and accountability has severely damaged my trust in a brand I supported for nearly 20 years.

Serious breach of trust/ scam
I trusted Lexus because of its reputation for quality and reliability, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Just one month after purchasing my 2023 Lexus ES 300h, I started experiencing ongoing electrical problems, including a frozen GPS, music system glitches, and the screen shutting off while driving. Over the next two and a half years, I brought the vehicle back multiple times for the exact same issue, and each time I was told it had been fixed. It never was. The worst part is that after years of failed repair attempts, Lexus finally admitted they had identified the problem, but only after my warranty had expired. Instead of taking responsibility for an issue that existed from the day I bought the car, they asked me to pay $350 to fix it. I feel completely betrayed. I placed a great deal of trust in Lexus, their vehicles, and their customer service, and they let me down at every step. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering a Lexus to think twice before spending their money.

Scammers
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Lexus dealership in Sharon, MA.
I brought my 2024 Lexus NX to the dealership after a tire was damaged by a sharp metal object on Washington street In Walpole and became flat. When I originally purchased the vehicle in 2024, I also purchased a six-year tire and wheel protection warranty specifically to protect against situations like this. Despite this coverage, the dealership refused to replace the tire under the warranty.
What makes the situation even more concerning is that the vehicle had recently undergone its 30,000-mile service at the dealership in February, just three months earlier, for which I paid approximately $850. The vehicle also passed the Massachusetts state inspection at the end of April. Nevertheless, I was told that the damaged tire did not qualify for warranty coverage because it measured 2/32" of tread depth, while the other tires measured 3/32" and 4/32". Pretty much they were saying I was driving a brand new vehicle with uneven balanced tires.
The explanation simply does not make sense. My vehicle is equipped with all-wheel drive, and it is difficult to understand how one tire could be at 2/32", another at 3/32", and two others at 4/32" if the tires had been wearing normally. Furthermore, if the tires were truly in such poor condition, how did the vehicle pass both a recent dealership service inspection where the report indicted a 4/32 for all for tires and a state safety inspection only weeks earlier?
To make matters worse, Patrick Santos-Lage, the salesperson handling my case, was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the process. I ultimately had to pay $495 out of pocket for a tire replacement despite having purchased the tire and wheel warranty.
The dealership also attempted to sell me an oil change, even though the oil had already been changed during the 30,000-mile service performed by the same dealership on February 19. This raised serious concerns about whether the service recommendations were legitimate or simply an attempt to generate additional revenue.
I purchased the Lexus tire and wheel protection plan for peace of mind, yet when I needed it most, the dealership found a reason not to honor it. I OWN TWO LEXUS’S ONE WAS PURCHASED IN 2021 AND ANOTHER IN 2024 BOTH WITH tire and wheel and EXTAND WARRANTY Total COST OVER $10k. Between the denied warranty claim, the inconsistent explanations regarding tire wear, the unnecessary service recommendations, and the poor customer service, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in LEXUS dealership.
I would strongly encourage customers to carefully review any warranty coverage they purchase and to seek a second opinion before agreeing to additional repairs or services recommended by this dealership.
One additional point: in Massachusetts, a tire generally fails state inspection if the tread depth is below 2/32" in a major groove. If the dealership is claiming one tire was exactly 2/32" shortly after the vehicle passed inspection, it WOULD NOT be reasonable given that the tread depth measurements recorded during my 19th February service was 4-32". Not sure how they can explain the discrepancy between those records, the state inspection, and their current findings.

Just to let everyone know the Lexus App…
Just to let everyone know the Lexus App is still useless. Face recognition never works when you need it to. Ie. When it’s dark out.
