I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a car from Lexus of Woodland Hills When we purchased our vehicle, we were personally promised that if anything came up in the first few days, they would take care of it. Well, something did come up, and we trusted them to stand by their word. Instead, we spent MONTHS calling and leaving countless messages, none of which were returned. It wasn't until I finally posted on social media that we miraculously received a phone call. And when we finally did speak with someone, rather than honoring their original promise, they insinuated that we weren't telling the truth and generously offered us a "deal" of only $500 to fix something they had promised to take care of! This isn't just about the money. It's about honesty, integrity, and standing behind the promises you make to your customers. We trusted their word when we made a significant purchase, and they have completely failed to honor that commitment. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Lexus of Woodland Hills, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware. A promise made to earn your business should still mean something after the sale is complete. Absolutely infuriating and incredibly disappointing.

just felt like i could let off some steam here about a 2025 TX 350. i drive cars for a living, all brands, all models, new and used, and for some odd reason, the mechanism in some lexus’ love to absolutely slam on the brakes and scare the living hell out of you even though you’re reversing 6ft away from something/someone at 2mph. sometimes i get pissed easily; at video games etc, but this right here takes the cake. it’ll be 1st place for a while. appreciate you lexus.

Disappointed with Lexus Customer Service My 2011 Lexus RX 450h developed an ABS/brake booster failure, a problem Lexus previously recognized through a customer-support program. I contacted Lexus Corporate hoping they would consider providing the necessary parts as a goodwill gesture. I spoke with two Lexus customer engagement representatives, Sarah and Melissa. Both were polite, but their response was essentially the same: the program is over, so there is nothing Lexus can do. I understand that the program has ended, but I was disappointed that Lexus would not even consider a goodwill solution, especially for a serious safety-related brake issue. I was willing to install the parts myself and was only asking Lexus to consider helping with the parts. I expected more assistance and customer care from Lexus.

I’m Very Disappointed with Lexus of Concord, Ca. & Brand Management (Toyota) up to now nobody got a hold of me about my complaint. There’s a case# for ALL their mess about my account and my Trade In Car. This Lexus Company is not even capable to handle complaints in a timely manner. It’s unpleasant and unprofessional experience overall!

I expected better from Lexus. The car itself is almost fine. However, this is not enough in 2026. Cars require constant support and maintananxe. This one was frustrating. What the dealership responded me when I had a problem with my car was basically “not our problem” because it was just outside the cutoff, even though it was clearly the same type of defect people complain about. I wanted to stay loyal, but this experience killed a lot of trust

Michael Aleros in Lexus Gothenborg treated me like shit. Worse than that, they want to change my new Lexus brake disc after only two years. I treat my car well. Brake discs should not be in bad condition in this new car. Either Lexus has very bad quality or their workshop in Gothenborg is corrupted. I guess the second is right. I trust Lexus but I guess Lexus dealership in Gothenborg is rotten and wanted to cheat me to change brake discs which are almost new.

I recently purchased a brand-new Lexus RX350h Premium Plus, expecting a premium experience in every aspect, especially given the higher price point compared to competitors. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed to find that the vehicle came equipped with lower-rated tires, ones that are commonly found on much more affordable, non-luxury vehicles. Given Lexus’ reputation, I did not expect such a cost-cutting decision on a key component that directly affects ride quality and safety. I reached out to the Lexus Brand Engagement Team to express my concerns and request whether they would consider replacing the tires with a better-rated, well-known tire brand that aligns with the luxury standard Lexus promotes. Despite opening a case, following up multiple times, and even visiting the dealership, I never received a formal resolution or direct communication from the Lexus brand team. The dealership eventually informed me that Lexus had denied the tire replacement, but I was never contacted by the brand team themselves. To make matters worse, they closed the case without any explanation or engagement, which is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expected far more from Lexus in terms of customer care and brand accountability, especially for a vehicle in this premium segment. I hope Lexus reconsiders how it handles genuine customer concerns going forward.
