They continue to completely ignore both my emergency situation and your corporate guidelines, offering zero communication or solution.Due to this absolute lack of responsibility and total wall of silence from your official Ukrainian distributor, the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection is now advancing its official legal investigation under state case numbers М-1229-2026 and М-1401-2026.I refuse to accept that a premium brand like Lexus allows its regional distributor to completely ignore a critical safety hazard on a U.S.-spec vehicle. A new Lexus, an unresolved problem, and repeated follow-ups I bought a new 2026 Lexus TX 350 because I loved the vehicle and expected Lexus to stand behind it. Instead, I have been trying since June to get a continuing rear A/C problem properly resolved. The area behind the third row keeps sweating/condensing despite repeated repair attempts at two Lexus dealerships. I have also reported reduced airflow, loose rear trim, and moisture in the corner of the headliner. My disappointment extends to Lexus Corporate. I have contacted the Brand Engagement Center repeatedly to arrange another repair appointment and a loaner. I keep receiving promises that someone will contact me, but I still have no confirmed appointment or loaner. Lexus did call on September 17, but I missed the call because I was working. I followed up and explained this. On September 21, I was promised contact within one business day. As of this review, I have not received that callback. I already went through arbitration, and the problem remains unresolved. I am still asking Lexus to help get my car properly repaired. I love the car, but this ownership and customer-service experience has been exhausting. I need someone to take responsibility and follow through.

Lexus 2026 ES 350h: I'm ready to purchase a new Lexus ES 350h, but I will wait until Lexus produces a new model. I love everything about the interior and engine of this car; however, the exterior is a total fail in my book. Frankly, it doesn't look much different than a KIA K4. It's minimalist and boring. Lexus, you can do better! For now, we are going to wait this out until you revise the exterior and, perhaps, do away with the "hockey stick" on the side of the car.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and aftersales support I have received from Lexus. I purchased a Lexus UX (LR22 MYO) from Lexus Edgware Road just over a year ago and recently took the vehicle to Lexus Twickenham for its first service. Given that the vehicle had covered only 24,753 miles, I was very surprised to be presented with a number of repairs requiring attention, including: • Replacement of a TPMS sensor at a cost of over £320. • Investigation of a failed dash cam at a cost of £198, despite the dash cam having been supplied and installed by Lexus Edgware Road when I purchased the vehicle. • Replacement of a washer jet, washer valve and under-bonnet clips costing over £167. These are not issues I would expect on a relatively low-mileage vehicle from a premium brand such as Lexus. I was particularly disappointed that a dealership-supplied dash cam had already failed and that a TPMS sensor required replacement after such a short period of ownership. However, what has disappointed me most is the level of customer service. Following the service, I wrote directly to the Manager of Lexus Edgware Road on 30 July outlining my concerns and requesting an explanation, together with consideration of some goodwill assistance. Despite the passage of several weeks, I have received no response whatsoever. I also feel prospective buyers should be aware that purchasing a Lexus from a dealership outside their local area may make resolving issues more difficult. Although my first service was carried out by Lexus Twickenham, I was effectively advised to take the matter up with Lexus Edgware Road, as that was where the vehicle had originally been purchased. As a Lexus customer, I expected a more joined-up approach from the Lexus dealer network rather than being passed from one dealership to another. One of the reasons customers choose Lexus is its reputation for exceptional quality and customer care. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen far short of those expectations. While faults can occur with any vehicle, the combination of unexpected repair costs, being referred between dealerships, and receiving no response to a reasonable customer enquiry has left me extremely disappointed. Overall: Poor aftersales support, disappointing communication, and a customer experience that does not reflect the standards I would expect from a premium brand such as Lexus.

I’ve had two Lexus; GX and RX hybrid. My family members have RX. My complaint is that the dealerships do not listen to their customers about markets. I along with thousands other owners drive hours to dealerships. They need more.

The dealership could not fix my battery drain after two chances Brought it to an independent shop and they updated my firmware software on the first try and the car runs perfectly. Dealership had no idea how to fix my vehicle. Tried complaint at Lexus Customer Support and despite repeated promises thar a case manager would call me back they never did and they closed my case without ever talking to me!

Paid £72,000 for what I was told was a new Lexus RX 450h+ PHEV. I wasn't even allowed to test drive the actual car I wanted — I was told I'd get a "similar" one instead, and the car they gave me for the test drive (182 BHP) turned out to be more powerful than the one actually delivered to me (145 BHP). Only found this out after finance was already signed. At handover: windscreen scratch, paintwork/bumper damage, a charging fault, missing boot accessories, and outdated navigation maps. A visible scratch on the rear door was ignored by the sales manager until I escalated it myself to the sales executive. A £72k "new" car had to go back into the garage for a month to fix these issues. On return: new damage (scuffed door trim, scratches near the windscreen/dashboard, bumper paint chip), missing wheel locking nuts (a safety issue), no inspection report, and the person delivering it had no idea what work had been done. Communication has been consistently poor: a promised courtesy car didn't turn up with no insurance confirmation, a collection date was wrongly given as "July 7th," a promised callback from the complaints team never came, and General Manager Nicholas Brenner has refused to provide CCTV footage I formally requested (of the test drive and the touch-up repair), calling my complaint "repetitive" and issuing a dismissive "final response" without addressing a single point or providing any actual evidence. Sales manager did confirm in writing an £8k discount (£4k finance contribution + £4k dealer discount) — worth noting given the vehicle wasn't what it was represented to be at the point of sale. Thoroughly unprofessional and untransparent handling from a dealership claiming to sell "new" vehicles for £72k. Now escalating to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

We have had 3 Lexus cars and all of them have been excellent cars. We have received excellent service from their customer service team in Sidcup London. Only 3 weeks ago we had our regular service and MOT completed. From entering the building their reception staff member Pauline Woodgate welcomed me, was pleasant, polite and helpful as always. Tracey Tomlinson their Service Advisor also was very friendly and professional, keeping me updated on the progress of our service and when to collect it. These are professional people who deliver quality service for a quality brand as expected.
