Lexus 2026 ES 350h: I'm ready to purchase a new Lexus ES 350h, but I will wait until Lexus produces a new model. I love everything about the interior and engine of this car; however, the exterior is a total fail in my book. Frankly, it doesn't look much different than a KIA K4. It's minimalist and boring. Lexus, you can do better! For now, we are going to wait this out until you revise the exterior and, perhaps, do away with the "hockey stick" on the side of the car.

I got a brand new 2025 Lexus RX450 plug in hybrid. Great SUV, however it has a major deficiency which must be addressed by Lexus. It is very convenient to start a vehicle remotely, cools it off during summer months and prior to you getting inde. In the winter months you can start it remotely and warm up and defrost the car. For some crazy reason, Lexus designed it in a way that unless you have a minimum of a 30% electrical charge, you can’t start the vehicle remotely. I would understand if the vehicle would be all electric, but this is a hybrid where there is a regular gas engine. As I live in an apartment in NYC, I do not have an ability to change my SUV regularly. Therefore, most of the time the remote start option is not available for me. What’s incredible is that a simple Toyota RAV4 only requires to have a quarter tank of gas in order to be started remotely and my nearly $80,000 luxury SUV doesn’t allow for remote start unless it’s always changed. I hope that Lexus will be correcting this defect in the design. When I called Lexus to complain, I was issued a case number and told that they have no idea of if and when it might get addressed. This truly very sad and I certainly expected a a more serious response.

Changed from Mercedes to Lexus nx350h takumi in March 2024. Although the car goes well there are a few things that dont come up to Mercedes standard. The cameras dont always pick up the speed limit signs, the self park(just been updated) is not good I’ve taken to parking myself in a space the car tells me is to tight. The buttons on the steering wheel are slow to respond and the sat nav takes you down lanes you wouldn’t take a push bike. Lastly the break that comes on if you go close to something is rediculous it could pull your back out. Never had a problem with staff at Bristol always been lovely

I recently purchased a new LBX in murcia spain were we choose to retire the car is fine except for rear seat legroom but there are 2 of us 95% of the time so can live with it the sales man said he would order me a drivers handbook in English take about 4 weeks, 8 weeks later still waiting no reply s to emails or chatbox I know I can download the owners handbook but for me it's more convenient to read a paper version very disappointed with lexus service I expect a lot better from a prestige car company

I love the car, but the sales people are not the smartest people. I went in and bought a car and it took over a month for us to get our registration when they assured me they would be able to get it to us in a few weeks. My husband and I were freaking out because our tags that we bought from the dealership was going to expire. 2 days before they expired, we finally got the registration and they had to overnight it to us. For a dealership that is in the middle of Chicago, a very busy area, they sure had no clue what they were doing.
