3. With our old process, the problem we ran into was that it was hard to collaborate with each other . As we scaled, we knew we needed a new solution and Lever was an easy choice. I've never seen the team so responsive and thorough in their use of an ATS before. If you want a seamless process and architecture that even your developers will appreciate, without spending a fortune, Lever is by far the best option. Major shoutout to Sabrina Baron. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout our implementation.

We recently adopted Lever as our new ATS. At the beginning of our ATS search, we went through several demos with other systems, but Lever was the obvious choice for us right from the beginning. Not only did the system offer everything we needed from a new ATS, the customer service at Lever was top notch. Tom Marino was our Implementation Specialist. In my 14-15+ years, I can hands-down say that I have never received such exceptional customer service and support like I did with Tom. Tom not only is a Lever subject matter expert, but he is passionate about what he does and it shines through in every conversation. His response time is unmatched. As a Talent Acquisition Manager implementing Lever our first ever ATS for our organization, I've been very impressed with the intuitive design of Lever. For us, the most powerful aspects have been its user-friendly interface, extensive customization capabilities, and reporting functionality. Ease of Use Lever's intuitive design has significantly eased the daily tasks of managing our talent acquisition pipeline, especially scheduling. The user-friendly interface has made it straightforward for our team to navigate and collaborate, share notes and feedback across departments, and there's been very minimal internal troubleshooting or the need for extensive training. We have very distinct groups of candidates that we work with, and operate across the United States, and I've been impressed by how the platform can be tailored to the specific needs of our team. The platform provides a range of pre-built reports, and the option to create custom reports has allowed us to analyze key performance indicators specific to our recruitment goals. We just finished our Lever implementation. We switched from JazzHR. Overall things went very smoothly, despite our implementation specialist leaving the company a week before our go-live date. Ally, our new IS was great and kept things moving. She gave us add'l time where needed and made sure our implementation went and smoothly as possible,

We recently integrated Lever from a previous ATS and not only was Tom M (the amazing Lever Implementation specialist) just diligent in helping us every step of the way, but he was also able to help us customize Lever for our company structure needs and answered a million and two questions from us along the way. The user interface is great, you can integrate so many things and for us, it helped streamline recruiting efforts across the board and will now allow us to track metrics and overall recruiting efforts for our partners and our corporate team.
