Lever is such a unique product in all the best ways. As far as an ATS goes, it is, in my opinion, the best ATS system on the market. The main two reasons behind this are ease of use and Implementation. Lever isn't built for engineers or tech savvy people, but for recruiters and users. After Implementation, our users have provided nothing but great feedback about the system. As far as our Implementation goes, we were blessed to have Monika as our Implementation specialist. We had no issues at all with implementation, and when something did come up, she took it upon herself to work with other companies to get things straight. Things went smoothly and we actually had it up and running before our deadline.
