Level8 is truly an amazing product, I bought 4 luggage models from them and couldn’t be more satisfied. They roll so easily it makes the travel experience way easier and better, customer service is also great, I recently had a issue with the zipper with one of my items and was promptly solved within less than 5 days. Truly recommend, great product, great brand and amazing care for the customer

I received the level eight laptop bag over five years ago and it has not let me down in anyway. It has maintained its shape its ability and it’s look. It is spacious and helps you to organize your items easily within the cavity. Best piece of luggage I’ve received or purchased in a long time.

My zipper came apart during the last trip i was taking. I contacted customer service and provided all the information that they requested. I had quick response and new parts sent out to my home in roughly 3 days. The whole process was simple and very easy.

Level8 luggage has been a great purchase. The quality feels premium, the design is sleek and practical, and it offers excellent value for the price. I was also impressed with their customer service—they were responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend Level8 to anyone looking for reliable, stylish luggage

Honestly the bags themselves have been some of my favorite and the fact that their customer service is quick to respond and provide a reasonable solution is an added bonus.

I love my Level 8 Adventure suitcase. The top opening hardside suitcase is space saving. The zipper pulls failed. I contacted Level 8 customer support. The response was quick. I exchanged emails that were quickly answered. After determining repair would not be possible because of impending travel a replacement suiycase is on the way! Wonderful customer service
