Second time IV emailed to warn you not to buy nearly 2 months later I still havnt received my item. Contact your bank as they will refund you.they have challenged my claim but the bank says they have enough information to continue defending my dispute. They now have 30 days. After this they have another 10 days to review the information they send them. The bank will let me know the outcome. If I don't here from the bank in 2 months. I can keep the temporary refund they gave me in the beginning so if you have bought from this site. Report them. For a refund. All you need to do is send them your tracking number.

DO NOT BUY. Our dog chewed through the toy on the first night. She’s only a small 9 month Labrador. Contacted the company about the free return, and they didn’t reply. This company used to be called Lumiquor but got so many bad reviews they’ve had to rebrand under this new name now. They’re a scam.

Should be a zero star!! Indestructible? Golden Retriever destroyed it within 10 minutes!! That explains how poor the product is/was. Don’t touch them at all!

It really sucks that these people are allowed to advertise on social media. Terrible company.

Same as the other reviews. Weeks later the wrong item arrives from China. Item was not ordered, no response from any emails. Stay well away, these are con artists shielded by a fancy website. What was delivered was a piece of cr@p

This is a scam. The allegedly indestructible dog toy was ripped apart in less than 30mins. I will try and get my money back as it is marketed as having a life time guarantee. Do not buy from this company.
