Writing a resume is a specific skill set. One that I do not have. Much like changing my car's windshield. Could I google it and get a rough idea of how it's done, ending up with a subpar result? Of course. But why would I? L.E.G. was fast, amazing at consolidating my mess of a job history into one concise page, plus a phenomenal cover letter and LinkedIn review. Worth EVERY penny.

I am an HR professional - accustomed to reviewing resumes and even giving tips to others. However, I came to a point where I recognized to get to the next level required a third party to get my resume and LinkedIn profile updated. I worked with Megan Trillo and she was excellent, detailed oriented and listened to my comments / concerns and tweaked my resume and cover letter accordingly. This is a collaborative process - yes you have to also do some work - there are several opportunities to give feedback and discuss what works or does not work for you. I re-iterate what the site says you know yourself best but having someone listen to you / your skills, accomplishments and abilities and represent them accurately certainly goes a long way. I have gotten a number of recruiters reaching out since the review and resume update and to be honest I have not yet fully implemented the Linkedin suggestions so no doubt things can only get better!

Brandy was a great collaborator! Prior to using Let's Eat Grandma, I had received no responses to the job applications I had submitted. Once using my new resume I quickly received 3 responses from recruiters at companies I applied at. One recruiter even complimented my resume! Very pleased with my experience.

Looking for employment has been challenging, particularly as our economy recovers from a pandemic. I thought one way to help me build confidence and tackle the process of finding a job was having someone help me go through the hurdles of writing a compelling resume. That's when I decided to take the approach of hiring a professional writer who can help me accentuate my skills and stand out above other candidates. David was able to do this. I was very comfortable speaking with him, who asked the right questions, working collaboratively. He took the time to get to know me and understand my work experience. As I'm transitioning into a new career, David was able to take my transferable skills and make them shine. Overall, I was pleased with his service and professionalism. Thank you, David!! Daisy M

I purchased the Premium Package and worked with Marissa Lessman. Her first draft was of solid quality and a comprehensive understanding of my situation and career goals. The whole process went smoothly and I'm very satisfied with the final deliverables. I'm not saying it is 100% perfect as I still did some revisions by myself, but I love the structure and the selection of words in the deliverables. I know it is pricey but I think it is worth the investment.

Great working with Chase Melvin. He did an incrediable job helping me update my resume which hadn't been touched in over 15 years. I would highly recommend him to assist in your resume needs.

Jenn Cook did an amazing job turning my previously "bleh" resume into a winner. She was thorough, responsive and able to guide me through the process with ease. I recommend this company and their excellent staff if you're looking for any sort of assistance in updating that drab resume and finding a new career!

I've been wanting to change career paths for awhile now and haven't had much luck until I decided that maybe my resume is the problem. I went with Let's Eat, Grandma and had Tori as my writer. WOW I am so happy with my resume and cover letter and more importantly it landed me the position I've always wanted. She did an amazing job and was quick to reply back to me during the revision part. The process was smooth and easy. I liked how we had plenty of time to revise the rough draft too. The final draft was perfect and I'd say my money was well spent!
