Overall, I had a positive experience with my resume writer, Lola. She asked many good questions to help me revise my resume. The initial call was supposed to be short, but she stayed over, making sure that we were able to flesh out exactly what my needs were. It remains to be seen if it was worth the price tag.

I received a great final result but I do think the service is a little overpriced for two reasons; the first one is I only got one phone/video consultation and only communicating through email from there made implementing the revisions difficult at times, I recommend including an additional phone call or two in the package, the second one is, while I really love the final product, and I got a great first draft as a jumping off point, I did a lot of the revisions and edits myself. Overall, good experience, I got a really great resume, but I think the writers need to be just a little more hands-on.

UPDATE***. Moving my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Soon after my review, Brandy V reached out to me ( excellent customer service ) and we were able to work together to update my resume. The experience was totally different and I felt like I was working with a true professional. She gave me feedback, asked probing questions on things that were unclear, and provided sound recommendations. Had this been my first experience with LEG i would have given it 5 stars. First Review Would not recommend this company. For the price of $689, I would have expected a strong resume however my first draft was so off base from what my job actually is and the experience i wrote in that initial intake form i can tell they didn't even read it and slapped something together for my field. My writer was nice but not sure how knowledgable she was in my field and thus couldn't provide much insight. All she did was take the words i liked and formatted it. Not what i was expecting given the price - i could have done that myself- if you think you are paying for expertise think again you're paying for formatting

This was quite an experience I think most people really do not take the time to review your profile and CV in detail or keep it up to date professionally until it's necessary I was a little apprehensive at the start I think most people would be however the interview with the writer was very good with several subjects covered and the process was explained very well and in detail I was able to be open and transfer my career background and experiences in developing the CV. The time line from start to finish in replies and the review cycle was very good to see my correspondences with the writer were answered very quickly and the final documents were presented very well.
