If you're patient, it will come...
Took over two months but the products came and looked just as advertised.

We will always reply to emails within 24 hours (during opening times), so if you haven't heard anything back that would mean either the email never came through to us or we have replied and its gone into your spam box. Poor customer service-Not received package yet
I placed an order on this website Jan 30th. I received an email 02-01-21 stating awaiting shipment. I tried to call the phone number on the website and it is a non working phone number. I received an email 02-11-21 stating item packaged and will be shipped soon. I received another email on Feb 17th saying it was being packaged and was given a tracking number that doesn't work. Emailed the support team asking for a phone call and they never called, they emailed claiming quality problems should ship next week. The last contact they made was 02-24-21 stating my order will ship next 3 business days with tracking number that doesn't work. I messaged them again on March 3rd no response.

Nice product
Nice product, good customer service response to status inquiry. Delivery took a long time, but that was this years holiday postal service woes, not Leo's.

The bedspread looks great
The bedspread looks great! It has a couple of minor flaws which are hardly noticeable. It does not detract from my satisfaction.

Perfect for Hello Kitty/ Star Wars fans!!!
I got the Star Wars Hello Kitty throw for my future daughter in law...and yes they are adults but huge Star Wars fans...they love it!!!

My grandson has loved trains his whole…
My grandson has loved trains his whole life. I could never find train material but this quilt surpassed my expectations. It included all trains from little toy trains right up to the well known trains. He loved it.

The quilt was as I had expected
The quilt was as I had expected. Very pleased. Time between placing the order and receiving it, was quite lengthy.
