The quilt was beautiful
The quilt was beautiful. My daughter loves it. Due to issues with shipping country wide, it arrived weeks after Christmas.

The quilt that i bought was ok just…
The quilt that i bought was ok just expensive for the quality of the item.

i contacted the company to tell them it…
i contacted the company to tell them it did not meet my my expectations. The policy said satisfaction guaranteed. I have to jump through hoops to get my money back. I've since found places in the print that has white spots where the color is missing. Very poor quality.

Great quilt!
Great quilt. My daughter loves the “Little House On The Prairie” theme. The image is well done and the quilt workmanship is excellent. She claims it is very warm and she just loves it! Since each quilt is made to order and shipped from China it takes about 3 weeks from ordering until it arrives at your door. Just plan accordingly if it for a special gift.

In terms of service
In terms of service, my only complaint is this. I placed the order on December 2. Although I received a notice that the shipping date changed, I was never given an explanation. I looked at tracking information on a weekly and then almost daily basis and saw how it slowly made its way from China. It was not until after Christmas that I realized that a package did arrive in California in early December but then the package went back to China. I can only assume that the factory sent the wrong or a damaged product. So the blanket arrived a few days after Christmas. No big deal but I wish that someone had sent an e-mail stating clearly what was going on.

Regarding the delays in delivery, those are extraordinary times for all of us, and we are working hard to get all of the orders fulfilled as quickly as possible. Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched we have little control on how long it will take to arrive. And for that, we could only apologize We also checked on the tracking number and found there is no clue of the package return before, we assume that the system which was set up provide you an incorrect tracking number or you might check another tracking instead. The mail service ruined the first…
The mail service ruined the first quilt, but Leo Bedding quickly corrected the situation & we received a perfect replacement in a timely fashion. My wife & I love the quilt.
