Great website with great prices

I ordered three pairs of glasses and although all were cute, two did not fit me well. The customer service department was very helpful in the process of exchanging for two new pairs that will fit me much better. They paid great attention to detail-confirming my prescription, colors desired, and lens types. I look forward to future purchases with Lensmart!

Quick and timely help and clear communication. I ordered three frames from them and upon receiving them I decided one of the frames was not my style. Their customer service was quick to get back in touch with me. They provided a return label and promised an exchange (per their 15-day policy). Once they receive the returned item and it passes inspection (to ensure the frames aren't damaged) they will be sending out my new exchange frames. I am happy with the interaction so far. I will update if I can once i have the new frames in hand :)

It sounds **Review: Faulty Glasses That Triggered Serious Eye Problems** I recently purchased a pair of glasses from Lensmart and unfortunately, they have caused significant problems with my vision. After wearing these glasses, I noticed immediate discomfort and vision issues. My eyesight became blurry, and I experienced frequent headaches. Despite thinking this might just be an adjustment period, things only got worse. After a few days, I suffered what my doctor diagnosed as an eye stroke (also known as a retinal artery occlusion). This was a terrifying experience, and after discussing it with my healthcare provider, it seems that the incorrect prescription or poor design of the glasses may have been a contributing factor. **Issues I experienced:** - Blurred vision - Eye strain and discomfort - Intense headaches - Ultimately, an eye stroke This has been a frightening and frustrating experience. I urge Lensmart to take quality control seriously and ensure that their products are safe and functional for customers. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. If you're considering purchasing glasses from here, please proceed with caution. If you experience any discomfort, seek medical advice immediately

They helped me with changing my order because I made a mistake by chosing the wrong frame

They are very willing

Great glasses! You get more than what you pay for. Glasses are durable, comfortable and do not scratch easily. Also sooo many cool styles to choose from!
