If prescription info is missing they’ll just guess

I uploaded a copy of my prescription but apparently it was missing the PD (pupillary distance). Had they asked, I could have called my eye doctor to clarify, but they just used the “average” PD (i.e. they guessed) and sent two unusable pairs. If I look anywhere but the very middle of the lens, the glasses give a coke bottle type effect and make me dizzy. It’s almost like progressive lenses, but worse! I might have tried them again with the correct PD, but one of the lenses on one pair looked like it wasn’t cut right and didn’t fit right in the frame. The other lens was normal. They made me email back and forth like 10 times, take pics and a video of the frame, and even a picture of me measuring my actual PD. So… why didn’t they just ask for that measurement BEFORE they made them? All that, and they just said it wasn’t defective and wanted me to pay another $20 to make new lenses. I could just buy a new pair for that amount. What a scam.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We checked your order and found that you uploaded the prescription but did not fill in the PD. If your PD is special, the doctor will usually specify it on the prescription. If not, then generally your PD is the international default PD. Since you did not specify it in the order, we customized the lenses for you according to the international default PD. Regarding the lens problem you mentioned, you told us that the lens will not shake. From your video, the edge of the lens was just polished to make it smoother, so there is a little gap. In the video, we can see that the lens is installed correctly. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to solve it for you! Thank you for your understanding~
