Grateful customer for best customer service in resolving a complaint…
After being a customer that bought and loved 4 pairs of glasses from Lensmart - my one pair became loose and the screws and the lens came apart. As soon as I wrote to Lensmart to let them about it they were quick to respond to me, asked a few questions and reassured me that they will resolve it asap. And they did, they have delivered a replacement pair of glasses at no cost to me. I am so grateful

arrogant customer support
The first experience was not good, the glasses arrived broken, the subsequent communication with customer support was like an interrogation, where they tried to put the blame on me, that I must have broken them or something... however, in the end they sent me new glasses, they were fine .
