Absolutely perfect experience ordering glasses from these guys. The prescription is perfect, my eyes aren’t adjusting at all. Lenses are good quality and spacious if that makes sense. They are not too small or tight, so many cute designs! I ordered one pair and my sister, mum and I ordered like 10 more between us!

First time ordering glasses online so I was a little nervous without trying them on. I found a pair of glasses that had the almost identical frames of my previous glasses that needed to be replaced. Inputting my prescription was super easy as well! The pricing online is so much cheaper. My benefits plan only allows me to get 1 pair of glasses every two years. With Lensmart I can get 2-3 pairs in that time frame. I highly recommend Lensmart!

Lensmart ? More like LensCrapmart! My mother purchased a pair of glasses. And they messed up the order. First, they told us that our order was incomplete. And yet they still decided to send the glasses. Than, they tried to convince us that is was our mistake, apparently we gave the wrong information. Fortunately I have the e-mails. So after all this mess, after such a big disappointment, we opted for a refund. For a pair of glasses that costed 60$ US we received a merely 6.35$ US refund!! Is this a joke ? Plus, we had to paid a 25$ for the shipping. Appently, I am not the only costumer that has suffer this. So I guess this is how they make their money. But, you can expect to hear from us again Lensmart. Have a great day everybody!

We are sorry for the bad shopping experience. We noticed that the prescription data you filled in in the order was wrong. We are willing to remake the lenses for you, but the new lenses need to be paid for. You rejected our offer to remake the lenses for you and asked for a refund. We informed you about our return policy before the refund. We only processed the return procedure for you after you agreed. We are sorry that you are not satisfied. We will continue to improve our service!
