I have ordered numerous pairs of frames from this company and I’ve never had a problem with delivery or any of my frames. I love every pair of glasses that I’ve ordered. I did recently placed the order that got lost in transit, which was not the company's fault so when I reached out to them and let them know, that I did not receive my package They had a very quick response time and we’re very helpful and understanding and assure me that I would receive my package by sending out another one good quality customer service and I appreciate that

I was multitasking while putting in my address a didn’t double check, an my order was being processed an I freaked out but I decided to message. Then a day later got a reply a they helped me me with fixing my address a got me to double check and im expected to get my pair of glasses in. There is way more to chose from an I plan on getting more. This is my very first time ordering my glasses an I thought I would try because my frames I got are crappy. I live in a small place an have to travel to a city to get some an ya not worth it if I can start ordering. One happy camper here🙌🏼

If I could give a half a star I would! I am having a TERRIBLE time trying to return my glasses I ordered. One pair of the glasses came crooked out of the packaging, the other pair just wasn’t up to my standards from the photos I saw. I have been trying for two weeks now, going back and forth through email. I keep getting told something else to do, they keep asking questions. I would like to speak with someone 1-1 and I am not able to! It will be hours, even days before I get a email response back! They gave me a discount code to use for the next time but won’t give me the return. The number I have tried calling multiple times rings and then beeps busy and won’t go through. Terrible terrible experience!

Excellent service, the glasses as exactly as advertised on the website, fits as per website. Neatly packaged each with a protective case and cleaning cloth. Great quality and definitely value for money
