LensmartReviews of lensmartonline.com

I am so glad I found glasses that suits my face. The quality is amazing and the price super accesible. I love how you can measure everything to assure that your glasses will suit and adding a prescription for diopters is a really safe and cool feature. I love how they turned out✨🎀

I am happy with my glasses, the quality is amazing. They have a wonderful customer service with good communication. I made a mistake by selecting what contradicts with my prescription but they were so patient with and made me aware, and they promised to refund me the difference of the money how cute and loyal.

I have purchased 3prs and just one didn't fit right. I contacted lensmart right away and received an immediate response. They Advise me what to do to make this return goes smooth for a refund and I actually ordered another pair. Great and I recommend lens smart to everyone. The glasses are beautiful and I get plenty of compliments. I ordered two regular and one sunglasses and I love them.

very awesome good quality and amazing for the price !!

I'm writing this review after having ordered like 20 pairs so far. Why 20 you ask ? Because I lose my glasses, and I have a pair in my work place, my home, my car, my purse... so I just buy new styles every now and then. My kids broke one pair, because they jumped on it. Otherwise I still have my pairs of glasses from 4 years ago, I don't wear them because my prescription changed The price is unbeatable, the quality is very good, they NAIL the prescription Everytime (I have astigmatism and hypermetropy). I ordered recently 4 pairs, a week and a half later, they were here, beautiful, and they seem even better quality. It's like they improved or something which is crazy because usually brands get worse, the quality goes down. I love Lensmart, I recommend them to everyone and they always have coupons btw. I could go on and on.

Lensmart are very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Their glasses are a great price and have so many fun options to choose from.

Ordered prescription eyeglasses and need to return them for refund. Customer Service is horrible! In a dozen conversations, they have not yet provided me with the information I need to return them. They refuse to give me the address. No phone number. They only have Facebook messenger communication which is during the night. They only answer or ask one question at a time so a conversation takes DAYS. They have asked me in separate messages for my prescription, why I want to return, ask for measurements that are clearly included in my original order. Say my submissions are not clear and to send another. Ask for picture of me measuring my pupil distance. It is quite apparent that they are trying to create frustration and do whatever they can to make me give up. I DO NOT recommend this company! And now I'm concerned because they have my credit card number. I think they are a fraud and a scam with a clear plan in place to deny refunds.

I have tried Lensmart glasses for the second time, and I couldn’t have been happier. They’re high quality, perfect seeing experience, I love them so much.
