Helpful Customer Service
I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and loved 2 of them. I contacted customer service through Facebook messenger. They were very helpful with working with me to exchange the 3rd pair. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to send back that pair right away, due to the 2 back-to-back hurricanes here in Florida. Customer service was very understanding and still allowed me to continue with the exchange. Also, the glasses seem to be well-made and I get tons of compliments them!

I have had the most excellent and professional service from Lensmart. I have received numerous updates since I've placed my order. I had a query regarding the delivery partner and my email was answered in less than 12 hours. Such a pleasure dealing with you guys. Can't wait for my order to arrive. Super excited. No stars , I have been emailing over 20 times and messaging and getting nowhere , they made a mistake on my glasses , I Oder two pair . One pair was good the other were wrong and I can’t even wear them and all I get is a run around . And they have my money and won’t return it ,

Great experience
I ordered a pair of wonderful glasses according to my prescription but I made a mistake about my personal datas. The Team was very fast and helpful to correct it. I cannot wait to wear my new glasses!
