Awful company. Waited months for glasses to arrive. Communication was terrible. Ok e arrived, one pair came defective and all were cheap quality. They refuse to honor their refund policy on the website and they deliberately mess you around in email communications.

I recently purchased a new pair of glasses from Lensmart. I have purchased many times and have always been very pleased with what I received. Unfortunately, the newest ones just did not look right on my face as they had on the “try on online” choice they offer. I did not like the way they looked or felt.
