I ordered 3 pairs of glasses

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. 2 readers, same script. Uploaded actual script. One pair of readers are so off, not even close to my script and they will not correct them. They site, per their policy "cannot be returned or exchanged. They gave me the WRONG script. Their service is terrible, it takes days and you can only chat with them through FB messenger. UPDATE: all their frames are "special sales" They did contact me via email, but they will correct at my expense for shipping and lenses. They GAVE ME THE WRONG SCRIPT!!! how is this making it right! Give me my money back; otherwise, I will stand by Lensmart not standing by their workmanship. I love the frames, they are not the problem. Don't blow up my email with promotions and then hide behind it for your faulty work. Regardless of what you do from here I will never buy from you. I gave you three chances (ordered 3x, and they was a problem with every one) obviously you get enough orders to profit and screw us who get the bad orders, which are plenty. They originally offered meva 25% off coupon which is less of an "advertised" discount. Bait and switch at its finest!!!! Quit with you're CANNED responses it's insulting. I do not understand and I would not have resorted to bad reviews, but it seems the only way to get scammers attention these days. How about just do the right thing without thread or public attention!!!!!! NO YOU DID NOT!
