Wrong prescription , no customer service
I bought my husbandès glasses from Lensmart, having ordered from them before, but the glasses are the incorrect prescription. We took them to the optometrist that issued the prescription to have them checked and they gave us a paper that shows the prescription is wrong. After 12 emails back and forth Lensmart is still asking for us to go videotape the test on the glasses and take pictures of my husband wearing the glasses, and measure pupillary distance, which I did when i ordered then. It is just a huge run around. Customer service is the worst.
