This is the first time purchasing prescription glasses online and it has been a great experience. I sent in my RX from my eye doctor and Lensmart contacted me to verify what I was ordering. I was then scammed by an email saying my package was held up and they needed $.23 to get it rerouted. I contact Lensmart to have them check on this and they confirmed it was a scam and they tracked my package for me. When i received my glasses, I was amazed at the quality and how well the RX was. I will be purchasing more and will tell all my friends to try it as well. Thank you for making this experience better than going to the eye DR off ice, which by the way, did not get the RX right until the 3rd try.
