My prescription came back accurate
I actually ordered two glasses from lens mart and my glasses came in. I took them to my ophthalmologist and had them check if the prescription in it was accurate and it was. The frames are very cute and I didn’t have any issues with receiving my orders

There customer service is great I accidentally uploaded the wrong prescription to one of my glasses I ordered and I messaged there customer service they quickly help me get it fixed and they responded quickly as well! This is my second time ordering from them and I definitely will be ordering again!

Satisfied customer
I was skeptical to order from Lensmart but I am very glad I did. I ordered two pairs of lenses after shopping their enormous selection of adorable frames. I love that they have an easy to use try-on feature which made it super easy to visualize. Once I decided on two pairs I went through placing the order which was also very easy. I was able to even upload a picture of my prescription and it was very accurately detected. I was able to follow the instructions on taking measurements with their instructions. The glasses took 2 weeks to receive but both fit super comfortably and were the prescription was great. I also can comment that customer service is very responsive and helpful. One of the pairs of glasses cracked in the frame randomly and I contacted them to see what their warranty is and they're replacing them since I only had them for 6 months. I would highly recommend and plan on buying more in the future. I paid only $150 CAD for two pairs compared to 300$+lens prices locally for one pair.

Quick response and helpful
I was worried that my order was going to be affected as I accidentally marked it as complete.After contacting lenmart who got back to me within an hour, reassured me that the order wasn't affected and assisted with tracking
