Lensmart is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought glasses in Oct, finally got them in Nov, less than 3 weeks later, they broke. I have spent since the beginning of DECEMBER trying to get a replacement pair. "They shipped them saying it would be 14-18 business days" on Dec 9, the shipping has not updated since Dec 23 that they are still being shipped but have not updated. Every time I email them they give me the run around. Now they won't simply give me my money back and are talking about sending yet another pair that I would have to wait over a month (or longer) for!!! I was prescribed glasses for my daily headaches which I am now suffering from again not having glasses. Thank you lensmart for being a GIANT SCAM that took my hard earned (ONE INCOME WITH THREE KIDS) money and gave me nothing to show for it! If anyone wants proof, I have all the communications with them. Just thought everyone should know.
