I had a screw on the arm of my glasses back out. I lost the screw immediately. I went to an optometrist and they didn't have the right size screw. I then wrote to Lensmart asking if I could buy a screw. Through conversation, they said they would send me a NEW PAIR OF GLASSES! I am receiving the same exact prescription glasses sent free of charge to my home. They stand behind their product, and that is huge these days!

My glasses case arrived crushed; however, the quality of the glasses far surpasses that of my other pair, from another major online glasses company. The lenses were crystal clear and the prescription was perfect. Customer service was very accommodating in helping to resolve my delivery issue.
