I ordered 3 pairs of glasses with my new prescription to take with me over seas. Ordered with plenty of time to spare for production and delivery. The glasses never arrived. I asked for a refund as they had not fulfilled my order. They offered a 75% refund. So I said to send the order anyway. Customer care has sent robotic messages circling around and around, now one of my pairs is discontinued. It seems like they are just going to drag it out until I forget and give up so they can. keep the purchase amount without ever delivering a product. It's been 3 months! Go to a more reputable glasses site!

Unfortunately, we have not received any feedback from the warehouse. We are willing to resend you a new package, but one of the pairs of glasses has been discontinued. We did not delay or reject your request, we just suggested whether you need to change to other frames. If you do not want the order and want a refund, we will also respect your wishes. The customer service is exceptional, I made a mistake on my order and my issue was corrected within a couple hours. Customer service is very attentive and responded quickly to my issue and handle everything perfectly. This is my third time ordering and the quality of the frames and lenses are excellent. I can’t wait to find some new and exciting frames and shades. If you are on the fence about ordering please do you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered from them on the impression their warehouse is based on the US. The website mentioned express shipping takes about 3-7 days to reach Canada. After making the purchase, tracking information shows the order is originating from China and will take at least 10 days. This is both misleading and disrespectful to customers
