I had a poor experience with them. Time from order to receiving glasses was several weeks. Glasses were of poor quality. Screws fell out within first two weeks of possession. Customer service is difficult to get ahold of and not very helpful. Positives were: Price was low and lenses seemed to match prescription well as sight picture was good. I definitely recommend familiarizing oneself with their customer service prior to considering ordering from them.

I love how affordable the glasses were with so many styles to choose from. This is actually my second time purchasing from them and I am so happy with this order over the first one I did a year or two ago. Though that was because of my choice of glasses. Customer service was also timely in their response to my inquiry of the delivery delay shown in the tracking. Everything came in great condition and I love all three pairs that I ordered. I would definitely repurchase from them again!
