I can’t be happier with the customer service I received! I messed up when entering My progressive RX On the form. They were so Patient with me and helped me to get it corrected. Couldn’t be happier! Their prices can’t be beat!

Ordered my glasses 1/6 and it's 2/12…
Ordered my glasses 1/6 and it's 2/12 and still nothing. I've asked weekly for a refund and they keep saying they'll expedite the process and shipping and still nothing. I'm sticking with Eyebuydirect.com.

My first time ordering I ordered in USD…
My first time ordering I ordered in USD instead of CAD. When I realized the mistake I made, I emailed Lensmart to ask them to cancel my order and to issue a refund so I could reorder in CAD. They responded in less than 24 hours, cancelled my order and issued a refund. I'm very pleased with the customer service!

Esperienza unica: tutti gli occhiali ordinati sono arrivati in Italia in maniera veloce e in stato eccellente. Ogni paio di occhiali è curato, solido e durevole. Le lenti sono perfette. Ho riscontrato un problema con alcune montature, e subito lo staff è stato così gentile da aiutarmi nell’impresa di cambio. Gentilezza, cortesia e professionalità. Super consigliato a tutti!

Highly recommended
I’ve ordered 3 pairs of glasses here and the quality is amazing. The customer service is awesome too: I made a mistake in my prescription and they changed it as I requested. They also advised me about my PD after sending them a selfie with a PD ruler. 10/10 recommend.

I haven’t received the glasses yet because I had to make some adjustments and thanks for them, they emailed me about a missing information. They have the best customer service! Either you email them or message them on social media (Instagram) they actually respond and give you all the assistance right away.
