I have had a great experience with their customer service …
I have had a great experience with Lensmart. I have made a few putlrchases from them in the past and just recently had to contact them as a pair of glasses broke. The arm of my glasses just fell off as I was wearing them and after inspecting them realized the screw was still in tact but it still came apart from the rest of the frame. Realizing they have a 365 day warranty I contacted them for guidance on how I could have them fixed or replaced. After explaining the situation and sending photos they were more than willing to replace them for me. The process was easy and they even let me pick a different pair as mine are now discontinued. Throughout the process using their FB Chat I felt taken care of. Not once did I feel like they were not being helpful. In fact it was a great experience followed up with great service. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect from an online business but I more than pleased with the level of service and professionalism I was shown. Thanks for offering g fantastic products and exceptional service.

First time ever getring glasses on line…
First time ever getring glasses on line ,it went great im in love wirh my new glasses i say it took like 3 weeks to receive Love the price love the quality will be getting more in more colors

Accommodating customer service
I had made a mistake giving my prescription order online. I contacted them via email the next day. The customer service at Lensmart was quick to respond and changed my prescription order. With a couple of emailing and texting back-and-forth they were able to change my prescription before it my glasses were produced. I recommend Lesmar because of their customer service.
