Great service, got all products in tip top quality. I had my doubts with so many scams online however lensmart is absolutely amazing the service was exceptional I received my glasses on time, only issues was with the local delivery service. Great Deal and Excellent Customer Service!
I took advantage of a great sale and ordered two pairs of glasses. When they arrived, I noticed that the lenses, which were supposed to be similar in width, were actually different—one was smaller than expected. I reached out to customer service via Facebook Messenger, and they quickly responded. It turned out that the frame listed as larger was actually the smaller one. Fortunately, since that pair wasn’t on sale, they allowed me to exchange it. The return process was smooth—they provided a shipping label, I sent the glasses back, and they promptly processed the return. I was able to select a different frame, and once my new glasses were ready, they shipped them to me. The whole experience was hassle-free, and I appreciate their excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Good service
I requested my order to be canceled and they offered to fix the issue and give me a discount. What was wrong couldn't be fixed so they canceled the order for me.
