I bought 2 pairs of glasses on lensmart back in April of 2024. The process was smooth and simple and prices are better than any other online glasses shop. Style options are awesome and love my glasses! My biggest impression on lensmart is the customer service. One pair of my glasses broke nearly a year later and they offered to ship me a brand new pair at no cost to me! I was absolutely shocked and so impressed as I figured I would have to ship them in for repairs or buy a new pair, but the fact they replaced the pair and offered me 30% my next order was beyond amazing!! The only suggestion I have that I'd like to see is to offer HSA card as a payment option since vision is considered medical in nature. Love Lensmart!!

I placed an order with Lensmart and selected CAD as my currency. However, I was charged in USD without any clear indication at checkout. I contacted them immediately — before the order was shipped — to cancel and request a refund. Despite multiple emails clearly confirming my request, they repeatedly stalled the process: offering small discounts, suggesting changes to my order, and asking the same questions over and over again instead of processing the cancellation. It’s now been over two weeks, and I still have not received my refund. Their communication feels intentionally vague and repetitive — likely in hopes that customers will give up. I’m disappointed by the lack of transparency and poor customer service. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating through my credit card provider and filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience. The prices displayed on our official website are in US dollars by default. If you want Canadian dollars, you can choose to change the currency. You contacted us before shipment and said that you didn't know it was US dollars and ordered the wrong frame and wanted to replace it. We have been communicating with you and just want you to give us a chance so that we can replace it with the correct frame for you. We did not refuse to cancel your order or refuse to refund you.
