J’ai commandé pour ma mère et elle n’aime pas du tout ses lunettes. J’ai demandé un remboursement et un adresse de retour. Ils ont prit plusieurs jours à me répondre pour ensuite me dire que le temps du remboursement était dépassé! J’ai expliquer la situation et ils ne veulent pas rembourser alors nous sommes vraiment déçue que leurs services à la clientèle je ne commande plus jamais la et les verres sont très très cheap grafigne et se nettoie vraiment pas bien! Je ne le vous recommande pas !

We noticed that the two pairs of glasses you purchased were filled with incorrect prescriptions. We just asked if you need the lenses to be remade according to the correct prescription. If you do not want to remake the lenses, we can process your return according to our policy. Can you tell us your decision? Our customer service is still waiting for your reply.
