Helpful with my cancellation!
I had to cancel the order due to a mistake I had made on my prescription and they were super helpful in helping me do that. That did offer to change it for me on their end but I opted to cancel and replace the order. They were very helpful and accommodating.

Great service!
I have ordered many frames from Lensmart in the past and the quality has always been amazing. Most recently, I ordered a pair that unfortunately had some quality issues. I reached out to Lensmart Customer Service and received quick responses on how to resolve the issue and will be receiving a replacement pair in the mail. I am very happy with the service I have received from Lensmart and would highly recommend anyone to shop from there.
