I loved my glasses from Lensmart
I loved my glasses from Lensmart. My favorite frame recently broke (the arm simply disconnected from the frame) and I was really upset about it. I wasn’t sure what to expect from customer service, especially given it was through Facebook messenger, but the agent was prompt, respectful, and incredibly helpful! I’m excited to say my favorite frames are being replaced at no cost and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much!

Lensmart has been great
Lensmart has been great! I bought two pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses from here. One pair actually was broken (Not sure when or how) but I emailed them and they were FANTASTIC! I sent in photos and they were apologetic and fixed the issue super quick. Im very happy with Lensmart. I have even gotten a lot of complements on my glasses!

Solved the problem immediately
Solved the problem immediately (and it was not their fault) The 3th time I ordered glasses from lensmart. This time for my gf. Unfortunately they came with a scratch on the lens. I think this happened during transport. We all know how they handle packages. Lensmart solved the problem immediately and send US a new pair of glasses. Amazing! We want to buy here more often. Thanks Lensmart! The glasses are amazing! We finally found a pair of glasses that fits. The quality is good and the prescription was right
