LensmartReviews of lensmartonline.com

I recommend Lensmart to friends all the time. I receive compliments on these glasses often. I've ordered glasses online from 3 companies and Lensmart is my favourite. The prices can't be beat and it allows me to have different styles, extra pairs, and to play sports without worrying about breaking them. The one downside is the return policy - basically not worth returning for what you would get (if anything), but it's worth the risk to me. I have ordered 3 times so far and 2 out of 8 I might have returned (no quality issues, just too big for me so they're spares now). The price is right, quality is great, mine are very lightweight (even with regular base lenses), my prescription has always been correct, shipping time is reasonable, and customer service was pretty good the one time I reached out - a little slow to respond through messenger, but helpful overall. I do have many glasses already, but I know I'll order more!

I had totally messed up on my order , I reached out to them and they helped me change some thing on my order and get it taken care of, they very responsive and helpful

Good glasses, good costumer service. I am really satisfied by all of my orders.

I had made an order for prescribed glasses; however, upon realising that the script I had sent was incorrect, I immediately contacted Lensmart's support service to cancel my order and request a refund. They gladly refunded me. They are definitely legit and trustworthy, and this is coming from a person who was skeptical to place an order from them. This isn't a paid review by the way.

Very good service and efficient, the customer service always replies on time when you need them. I received my 2 pairs of glasses within 2 weeks at an affordable amount and they are very smart, stylish and strong. I will definitely order again from Lensmart I love it.

Quick response & helped fix my issue quickly! High recommend.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect from online glasses, but I was genuinely impressed by Lensmart. The style is exactly what I’d hoped for: clean, chic, and just a little bit intellectual (perfect for channeling my inner bookish main character). The frames are lightweight but feel sturdy, and I’ve been wearing them all day without that pressure-point headache some glasses give me! They ship internationally and as someone living in Europe it’s always a risk with shipping times, but they arrived relatively fast! If you’re picky about aesthetics and comfort (hi, it’s me), I’d definitely recommend giving them a try. They nailed both.
