This was my first time ordering and I had ordered based on what I have seen from other people in terms of lenses and all, then I was advised that my prescription and the lenses I chose will not fit therefore had to change to a different lense at an additional cost, I then advised the support that unfortunately I don't have any more funds, guess what that Lense was added for Free, isn't that amazing customer

I am so happy with my first Lensmart purchase as I have been struggling from blue light. These glasses are so perfect 👌🏻 for the fact that you creat your own glasses from choosing the frame to lenses. They fit me so perfectly and the view is so clear, I really can’t wait to place my next order. The shipping was so quick,Thank you so much Lensmart you’re the best 😍

My spectacles arrived faster than anticipated. I had made a mistake with the script but the team were so understanding and helped me correct the script for a small fee. I would definitely recommend lensmart. My specs don’t feel cheap and look expensive. One happy customer.

They were extremely consistent with their contact via social media emails ect. I had no idea i found as to what I was doing as this was a first time I bought online. I didn't even provide my prescription. They were so very patient and very thoughtful with regards to informing me the process. Even when I was doing required request wrongly they were friendly with guidance with each correspondence. Constantly ensuring that every thing I provided was correct to not allow any mistakes with my prescription and order request for glasses for myself and my husband. I would recommend them t o anyone and everyone that needs their glasses upgraded on even first addition. Thanks so very much to lensmart. I am very grateful and appreciate your service 😀🥰
