Just had a great experience with their customer service. I ordered prescription sunglasses by mistake (totally my fault) instead of Transition lenses. They replaced my glasses at a VERY reasonable rate and let me keep the sunglasses. I thought that was pretty solid on their part. Will definitely do business with them again (and hope I pay a bit more attention to what I'm ordering!)!!
