Where do I begin?
Where do I begin? The Customer Service was top notch, not a day went by without me receiving prompt responses to my emails sent to Lensmart. My original eyeglasses, apparently due to the floods etc., in the States got lost, immediately, Customer Service ensured me they would have my order done over and re-sent. The eyeglasses are BEAUTIFUL beyond imagination, as a matter of fact, it looks even more beautiful than online. They are lightweight, and compliments my face nicely. Also, I was travelling for vacation, and they made sure I got my new eyeglasses before even leaving for my travels. I was really happy about that. Everything came in one piece, gorgeous, and I am all-round HAPPY. Thank you Lensmart!

Lost package
I have ordered twice from Lensmart. The second time I ordered, my package was lost in transit by Buffalo. Lensmart was able to act in making sure that my order was re ordered and resent to me. I am still waiting for the order. Their prompt response and action in dealing with my crisis was commendable.

Really great
Really great, I messed up my own prescription on my lenses and they helped me really fast for a great deal. Thanks again Lensmart. I bought 6 pairs for just under $200. Our glasses work great, and look great:)

My experience was amazing.
Excellent communication from the company with their customers. The glasses are great quality and look very chic. The glasses are also very affordable for their quality. 10/10 recommend.
