I was having issues with my new glasses I have ordered a few pairs from them before with no issues. Customer service got back to me right away and was very easy to work with. I love there glass's only probably was my bifocal lens was a little high which was expected cause I'm not directly in front of them to measure where my prescription and bifocal needs to line up. They took care of me very happy with what was worked out. Thanks LensMart

While my order was lost at first, the customer service was really good by replacing it. After receiving my glasses, I am totally satisfied. The prescription was accurate and the quality of the frames is really nice. I will definitely order from Lensmart again because the prices are really affordable.

Disappointed in the UK. I would not suggest using them. I sent off my prescription. You get no email confirmation. You get no communication relating to your order. You have to go back into the website to track your order. It updates very infrequently. Took weeks for the glasses to arrive. When it said they had arrived I contacted them to say I had yet to receive them. Their response was contact Royal Mail. Royal Mail said they had not got them. I asked for a refund and received no response to my email. I eventually got the glasses. I ordered distance, computer and reading glasses. The prescription is all wrong and I cannot use. Eyes are really important and bad glasses are not something I would promote. Maybe a UK prescription cannot be read in the USA but I would strongly recommend you don't use them. Order number: 1076224. Thank you for your reply. I did contact you but gave up. Also I have used that prescription which lasts roughly 2 years in the uk at a number of different places. Lensology. Vision Express, Mad about specs, Boots, Glasses Direct. Yours are the only pairs I cannot wear. I have worn glasses all my life. I like to have a number of pairs to reflect style and mood.

Sorry for not giving you a good customer experience! Could you provide your order number? We will check it for you. If you have any questions, welcome to contact our customer service and we will do our best to solve it for you! Thank you very much understanding~ We're sorry that you didn't receive the confirmation email. Our emails are always sent to the email address you provided with your order. We noticed that the email address you provided with your order is different from the email address you provided when you contacted us. Did you enter the wrong email address? According to your logistics, your package was successfully delivered. You previously contacted us saying that you didn't receive the package. We suggested that you contact the post office, but we haven't heard back from you since. We make glasses according to the prescription data in your order, and many factors affect the wearing effect of glasses. When did you receive the glasses?

Ordered and paid from the UK on 19th August 2025. Order process, prescription upload etc all relatively straightforward- website easy to navigate. Paid for express delivery stating 3-5 business days costing £22.13. Items shipped on 22nd August with delivery being received on 25th via DHL. Two pairs of glasses received well packaged, in bubble wrap and secure. Very happy with both pairs of glasses, with their appearance a true reflection of the images online. Prescriptions bang on. Appear well made with spring loaded arms and nice lenses. Would have been a 5* review had the delivery been within the 3-5 business days as paid for- however for £65 in total for two pairs of new specs I am extremely satisfied and would 100% order from Lensmart again in future!
