My experience with Lensmart has been amazing! I ordered my first pair through them back in year 2023 and have been ordering through them and have received all my other pairs I have now with them, because they have really nice and cute yur kind of styles on there and they're prices are affordable too! This company is doing ALOT well, by saleing affordable and nice glasses for all ages! Even staying true to being trustworthy to they're customers as well, I had my favorite pair of glasses break on me out of nowhere and they helped me out and did all they could to get me a brand new pair mailed to me right away! Thank you Lensmart!

Worse quality and customer service
Here’s the English translation of your review: “Be careful with this company. I’ve been talking to them for 7 days trying to get a refund for defective glasses. They reply every 24 hours just to ask simple questions, and then the next day they answer again with another meaningless question. It seems like they just want you to get tired or give up so they don’t have to give you your refund. I would never buy glasses from them again.”

My new glasses fit me perfectly.
This is my first time ordering from Lensmart. I got my 2 pairs of Junior and Madalena frame glasses today. They fit my face perfectly with my high index prescription. I ordered on 08/19/25 and received them on 9/03/25. Thank you.
